INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

We ship all our orders to virtually every country and geographic location in the world.

You will find that our Shopping Cart automatically offers you shipping options and associated shipping costs to many countries across the world.

What if your country is not automatically calculated?  You will receive an email with the shipping options and fees within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) after submitting your order.  We will ship your order once you have chosen your preferred shipping option, or we will ship via the default shipping method if you do not reply within 48 hours.

What are our shipping options for International shipments?  Not all shipping options are available to every country.  You will find that our Shopping Cart often automatically displays the shipping options and associated shipping costs to each respective country.  Our shipping mode:

UPS Worldwide Express Saver _ For an economical alternative to UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Saver provides money-back guarantees* delivery by end-of-day, to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. 

Shipping Rates:  Your shipping rates are estimates based on the information you have supplied. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, shipments actually tendered to UPS. Rates quoted are based on UPS published rates and do not include incentives or special programs. 

Extended Area Surcharge: An additional charge may may be accessed for shipments delivered to certain extended areas that are beyond the normal UPS service area. For more information about whether a specific location is in an extended area, please click here.

Why do we choose to engage UPS as our only preferred shipping partner? UPS is the world's largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain solutions, serving more than 200 countries and territories around the globe.

Please Help Us To Help Yourself: Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address you provide is incorrect or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location due to an error in communicating the information to us. Don't forget those apartment, suite and unit numbers and your daytime telephone number including country code. We cannot be responsible for problems your order may encounter due to inaccuracies in the information you provide. Remember, be precise when you are in the Shopping Cart!

Important Note for International Customers:
On International Orders, please understand that there is always a risk of delays due to local Customs Authorities and their regulations. Please investigate your country's rules and procedures before ordering. 

We cannot be responsible for problems your order may encounter with your country's Customs officials.  We are not responsible for orders confiscated or stopped by Customs, or duties/taxes that your shipment may incur.  If your package is returned or lost by Customs and/or the carrier, a refund will not be applicable to shipping and handling charges, and may not be applicable to the products ordered. 

Failure of you to receive, miss the delivery of, or refusal to accept your shipment does not relieve you from the shipping/handling incurred by your order and may not relieve you from the cost of the products shipped.

Large Quantity Orders: Please understand that most countries have a 'personal usage' law. That is, as a private citizen of your country, you are allowed to import a certain number of products (usually 12 or less) for 'personal usage'.

If you attempt to import more than your country's legal amount (check with your jurisdiction's customs office for precise information), you'll be considered a 'merchant'. This may trigger your package (and you) to accrue additional duty, tax and regulation above (and more stringent) than for 'personal usage'.

We reserve the right to split large orders into smaller segments, shipping parts of your order over several days, to minimize these potential issues with customs. If additional shipping fees are required for this, we will hold your order and contact you with corrective shipping and payment details.

Communication: Due to the different time zones across globally, we communicate with you primarily by email. Please provide an accurate email address with your order. We encourage you to provide an accurate email address and to investigate your internet browser and security programs to ensure that you will receive emails from us regarding your order and shipment(s).

Back Orders: In the rare event that a popular item is out-of-stock, or shipping must be delayed, we will place your order on 'temporary back-order status' and email you with the projected shipping date.  Once we have received the back-ordered item(s), we will email you with notification that your order has shipped. You will be able to determine your order status at any time, including any notifications of back orders and shipping delays, by accessing your "order status" page through the link provided on the confirmation email sent to you at the time the order was placed.  

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if your order is delayed or if items are back-ordered.

Due to the high cost of international shipping, international orders are generally not candidates for split shipments, and will be held until your full order is filled. Once all of the back ordered items have been received in our warehouse, we will ship your order in its entirety.

Returns: Returning Unused Products: Should you choose to return a new, unopened, re-saleable product(s), you are entitled to a full refund, less shipping fees and subject to a 15% restocking fee ... if they are returned with 30 days of purchase. 

To return a product for a refund - assuming it is in new, unopened, re-saleable condition, send it to:

Please include your name, address, original invoice number and receipt, email address, and daytime phone as well as your reason for returning.  Please call in advance to approve the return.


Returning Used Products: We cannot (& do not) accept returns on items that have been opened, used or have their safety seals broken.

If you open it - you own it.


Other Important Returns Information: Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of refund.  All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee - this will be deducted from the total amount of refund.  Refunds will be sent to you in the form of a company check or credit card refund at our discretion.  We strongly recommend that you ship the return to us by a safe, trackable shipping method such as UPS– we must receive your return in order to issue a refund.
